COACHING FOR SALES SUCCESS 

I provide 1:1 Personal Coaching for Sales Professionals of all levels and experience.

 

Additionally, I also Coach entire Sales Teams and Sales Managers.

 

In the absence of a Sales Manager, I can provide ongoing support to the Sales Team.
 


Sessions can be intensive, over a short period, or can span many months or longer.

 

Where appropriate, I use Psychometric & EQ Profiling and 360 Degree Feedback to provide valuable behavioural and Sales Style information.

 

I can talk with significant others who you interact with (including customers / clients) to gain insights from them on your approach and impact.

 

If we can arrange it, I will accompany you to Sales meetings, and then provide feedback.

Once completed, we will review the Report(s) together during our Coaching Sessions.
 

From the Reports, we can draw conclusions about what is helping you today,

and what opportunities exist to adjust the way you do things / interact

with others - to be even more effective.
 

Sometimes, it's helpful for people you interact with to join us during a

Coaching Session, so that they can elaborate on the feedback provided in

the 360 and provide suggestions that will be helpful.
